Baby Showers, Brides to Be and Visitors Visitors Visitors!

This past weekend was jam packed with fun and activity- with the main event being a truly lovely baby shower that my sister, mom, Summer, Jaimee and Kim threw for me and Baby L on Saturday. The girls did such a wonderful job and all the details were so adorable. This baby is one spoiled little girl! I'm still sorting through her goodies!

The shower brought some out-of-towners to Venice, and Ben was a great sport about hanging with the ladies...

As Ben headed to Malibu for some surf and golf time - off I went to the shower. Some pics from the event. All the decorations, cake, food, and little details were so perfect. Kimmie- a million thanks for offering up your abode for the event! I took shamefully few pictures both because I'm starting to feel very unphotogenic, but mostly because my camera battery was dying.

While everyone was pretty pooped on Saturday night- we managed to stuff our faces with some Baby Blues BBQ and then Ben and I headed down to South Bay where I met up with Miss Emily and Trish for a little girl-celebration of Emily's upcoming nuptials! Ben was sent off to play with their boys as it was a girls' only affair. I failed to take any pictures here too- not for any scandalous reason but because I was just plain negligent!

Sunday we hit up the Farmer's Market and beach before bidding adieu my beloved travelers.

And then there was a brief but fantastic cameo by Phil and Shea, who I convinced to come over to my place for dinner rather than me go out and meet them somewhere because I was a lazy bum beat from the weekend... So great to catch up!
