This is an overdue post- as we went in and had an ultrasound this past Monday and I've not yet posted the glory that is our baby girl. That said- she was feeling terribly unphotogenic and kept a hand in front of her face the whole time. Ben has announced that he thinks the head on shots are "creepy" because they make her look like a spooky skeleton. Well- that's kind of what she is in the ultrasounds!
Anyway- everything is still great and normal with my little Peanut. She's snug as a bug- moving a bunch, no signs of imminent arrival. They did guesstimate at her size and weight- saying she was about 6 lbs. Now, with their error of 1 lb in either direction, that could mean she's as big as 7 lbs right now- which I find to be unacceptable in terms of forecasting her delivery size- so I'm hoping the error lies in the other direction. But I'm 37 1/2 weeks- so any way it happens, we'll have a baby girl in the next 4 weeks which is pretty wild.
Summer- no more comments about my delay in posting- there's been nothing new on your blog for 2 months! If I weren't so loyal I'd have given up on you by now!
