A Wedding, the Desert, and Travel

We just got back from a very beautiful wedding in the desert for the very darling Emily and Brady. The weather was perfect, the desert was so relaxing, and everyone was just there to have a really good time. Ben enjoyed the golf, I enjoyed the spa... I also enjoyed Claire and Drew's table at the wedding which had tootsie roll suckers that I helped myself to, and the cupcake station. Yum. There was also the ever-so-fun photo booth- that not only gave copies to both the photo taker and the couple for their guestbook- but included fun props which we definitely utilized!

It's pretty crazy- because I kept thinking of Brady and Emily's wedding as being so far away in the future- because it was right before the baby was due- and here we are home from it! Which means- after a crazy but wonderful travel season- we are HOME till February! Unprecedented I tell you. Though I suppose with a newborn it won't exactly be what you would call restful and relaxing? I guess we'll just have to make sure she sleeps.
