As I've lamented previously... my sister is ditching me and Lucy to teach in Amsterdam for two years and I'm entering a stage of serious mourning. Her dear friend Amy suggested it might be nice of us to throw her a goodbye thing. I grumpily agreed and we had a goodbye brunch for her today. Sad.
The silver lining in the scenario- is that Andrew just landed himself a great j-o-b here in LA and we couldn't be more thrilled to have him. I've already made him promise to come over for weekly dinners. He'll be a much less picky eater than my beloved sister!

Wow Alex got a hot new haircut and WOW WOW even more wow for Andrew. So excited for him, for you, and for all of us to have another friend out here.
Also in that photo Lucy looks really sad that H is leaving.
