We finished off the visit with my pops with some massive burgers from The Counter and a bit of beach time. The weekends certainly fly by.
As we were about to leave for the airport the adorable Chen family stopped by since they were heading back to San Fran after a weekend at The Open. Albert was celebrating his first year as a dad himself! Natalie continues to get cuter by the day and Jackson nearly panted himself to death in his excitement at seeing his old friends. As always the visit was far too short but awesome to see them as ever.
Also at this time Mike arrived to go as Ben's date to Game 5. Pretty sure that might be the last we ever see of the guy after wearing this shirt all night in downtown LA. At least the Lakers won- so hopefully he was spared too much heckling.
Then before I knew it, it was time to take the boys to Camp Carole and for us to head to the airport for a redeye to Baltimore.

I love the VERY serious laker/celtic rivalry pic...Lakers may have won that game, but Mike won out in the end!
