Somehow 8 months have flown by and Lucy is practically ready to go to college. Among other things- 8 months old marks a new stage for Lucy of NOT BEING ABLE TO SIT STILL FOR PICTURES. I desperately tried for the monthly photo shoot- but the little bugger wouldn't sit still. She kept crawling over to me trying to eat the camera.
She is perfecting her army crawl, babbles all the time, eats all fruits and veggies- though far prefers the fruits. She tried her first egg yolk last week and will try turkey and beans this week. She's 16 lbs 1 oz and 26 inches of perfection. She's actually handling sleep training really well. Way better than I am. Loves to clap, likes hitting things and making noises. She LOVES playing with belts and loves to use her two teeth and bite whatever she can get her mouth on. She loves pulling the dogs' tails, much to Charlie's dismay. He can no longer escape her now that she slithers over to him.
She's amazing. Absolutely amazing. I just have so much fun with her!!! I love my little girl.
