Hitting the Links

We spent a long weekend up in Pebble Beach this past weekend.  The trip was both celebration of my dad's birthday, as well as Ben's Uncle Mike's.  It was also a visit with all in-laws as Pete and Amalia came out for the weekend, and lots of playing at the beach (mostly the pups).  And then there was all the eating and lounging of course.

The birthday boy...

Golfing at Bayonet & Blackhorse.  Incredibly beautiful course.  Offensively bad golf game on my part.  I really should just give up the sport.

Lounging around the house... All the eating and playing can really get exhausting.  We also got a guest appearance from Mr. Brawner who was staying at his parents' place in Carmel for the weekend.

Apparently some of us were VERY tired...

The lovely Pebble Beach which we did NOT golf, thank God.

Playing at the beach...  Ben thought it would be an inspired idea to bury the dogs.  Jackson found his way out, but Charlie ended up needing to be dug out- poor little thing was stuck.

Boutique in town I thought all the St. Barths kids might appreciate:

In other news, our dog Chuck Norris really does not understand that he is supposed to stay in the back seat on road trips.
