After a wonderfully relaxing weekend at home, Ben and I have returned to the work week and neither one of us is too keen on it. Breaking up the mid-week blues (good God could the market get any worse?), Ben went to the Ratatat concert with Marius, and I made my way out to Hawthorne for a Sandpipers meeting. While my meeting was quite pleasant and productive, Ben probably wins in terms of a more exciting activity. This is also a guy who surfs and golfs every day so what else is new?
In other exciting topics, now that the Olympics have ended, the National Conventions have subsided, and Fall TV has recommenced, I am ready to again obsess over the best character AND best dressed character on television, Mr. Chuck Bass. Anyone? We love you Chuck Bass! (We being Heidi, me and yes, even Ben).
