The weather continued to be beautiful in Florida so there was more beach time, pool time, play time etc. Charlie's our little water dog and fairly focused on all things related to his toy balls. Jackson- not as much into the water - even got involved in the action and was fetching the toys nearly as much as Chuck by the end. All the activity made the boys thirsty, and we had to do a fair amount of discouraging them from both drinking the salt water and exploring the
Portuguese men-of-war that were all over the beach. The last thing we need is another emergency vet trip!
Ben and I took a field trip for breakfast on Thursday morning to Miami. We took in the Art Deco architecture, and Ben got himself some new threads. All-in-all a successful venture.
Jack and I got home this evening- it started raining in Florida this morning so it was our cue to go... Poor Jack's been racing around the house looking for dad and brother to no avail. I've got a wedding tomorrow and Ben and Chuck Norris will return post-Superbowl. Go Cardinals!
