Manzanita and the Italian Girls

After visiting with my awesome family- I headed over to Manzanita to meet up with Kate, the beautiful Viola and Emily.  Both Ann and Claire were to join as well, and Claire arrived on my second night.  Ann- as has been so excitingly noted previously, chose to forgo the trip in lieu of going into labor with Emily Katherine instead.  We forgive her!

Manzanita is insanely pretty, with a gorgeous and sprawling beach with cute puppies bounding all over the place.  I felt bad I didn't bring my boys to enjoy it so visited the local pet shop to pick them up some bones as a guilt gift. 

  

Each day we would take a long walk on the beach, a small walk into town, and then eat eat eat, read and ooh and ahh over the baby.  I know Ben's really bummed he missed it.  Kate was intent on playing some frisbee- apparently she didn't know I lack all skills in this particular game and she also forced Claire and I into a tragic game of Pictionary where Emily and Kate basically finished the board before Claire and I could turn a corner.  Humiliating.  I took about 2,000 pictures so I'm trying to edit myself with just posting these....
