I've Been Busy

Hey guys! I've been pretty busy lately.

Going to the park. I go down the big girl spiral slide all by myself. I really pull myself up to the different levels with great strength. Mommy is impressed and likes that some of the older kids aren't as brave as me. She thinks it's a sign that I'm a prodigy in yet another area of my life.

Grandma came to visit. I showed her how to use the park.

I got my hair done. My hair is getting pretty long. It's really pretty. Especially when it doesn't have yogurt or peanut butter in it.

I've been hanging with my pups. I've been trying to hug Jackson more. He just doesn't seem to appreciate my enthusiasm as much as Charlie. I'll break him though.

Since I'm such a good walker, I've also learned how to walk my dogs. I hold the leashes and I get a baggie. I even put my hand in the bag and am all set to scoop the poop but mommy thinks maybe I don't need to do that part just yet. I've also been supervising the new landscaping work. Nothing gets by me.

I still love my bags. I've got a new backpack. It is another excellent vessel for storing "my stuff."

I've continued to help mom reorganize the drawers. Her organizational methods are seriously lacking but we're making progress.

And last night I watched the Oscars! We had a little get together and I scored two whole cupcakes' worth of frosting. On the whole mommy and I thought the dresses and hair were a bit of a disappointment - exceptions being Reese, Anne, Mila, Natalie, Penelope.... Helen Mirren is a babe huh? Lots of sequins and heavy adornment and weird 20's hair. Now mommy just needs to actually see all the movies. Hooray for Netflix!
