We've been busy on this end and had visitors and friends over loads. Lucy has been a darling little hostess as always making sure all the attention remains on her. She's speaking so much now. She calls me, "Amie" which I'm working to switch back to "mommy." She's constantly asking, "what are you DOing???" which is a valid question most of the time. She also calls Jackson "Jack Jack" now. Before both dogs were just "Charlie." Obsession with dogs continues- which I love. They are officially her best friends. She is currently tugging on my arm saying, "Amie! Up up!" Computer time is not appreciated by Lucy unless Elmo is involved. And speaking of which. She is such a wiz on the iPad. She knows how to unlock it- turn it to all her apps, and particularly- how to choose "videos" then find Sesame Street and play an episode. Ridiculous.
Her sleep is terrible as usual and we've come to the conclusion that Lucy is just the definition of a bad sleeper. Can't be perfect at everything right? My latest theory is that once she's in a big-girl bed all will be solved- so one has been ordered and I guess we'll just see what happens from there...

I must hear a video of this. Say, "Lucy, who am I?" and then I hope she says, "Amie. What are you doooing?" And then you can quickly train her to call you mommy again. So cute. Miss you guys!
