Weekend Antics

This past weekend we had both Andrew and my parents here which was amazing.  We also had what was supposed to be a Backyard Olympics, but the only gamer who really showed up with the intention of being a champion was Mr. Sheets- everyone else came to drink.  Well except the kids- the kids came for the cookies.

I would say there were three phases of the party.  

Phase I:  Insanely cute kids running rampant (this is right about the time Ben started having panic attacks - probably due to my mom's running commentary about grand kids after her 3rd glass of wine - oh those crazy in-laws...)

 

 

Phase II: Drinking and eating phase, with the occasional game of Cornhole (whoohoo Iwancio)!

 

 

Here's Jackson keeping watch for new arrivals, while Chuck Norris continued to be in love with Uncle Andrew - not sure if you can tell by the photo but he's rockin' some shades trying to be more like his #1 human.  

 

Phase III:  Debauchery ensues

My parents survived the trip despite music full blast in the middle of the night, and my dad got loads of credit for manning the BBQ and feeding everyone.  Thanks for visiting!!!
