Our Very Own Grey's Anatomy and Football

The temperature is in the 30's... so yeah... we're not presently in California. We're back east visiting Pete and Amalia in Baltimore, and will be going to NYC later this week. It's beautiful back here with all the Fall colors and cooler temperatures, though I'm starting to think I should have brought my winter coat.

We spent most of the weekend helping Pete and Amalia move stuff out of their storage unit and into their house. All went pretty smoothly considering Pete picked a convenient time to get appendicitis and not be able to lift anything... Their new place is looking great and I've been eyeing their new kitchen for future meals. It's a beauty.

We've also had the pleasure of meeting up with Leroy Brown and Amanda. They are both brilliant doctors, who met at the hospital, and had exciting emergency stories to share with us as well as Bo's attempts at romance in the closets (all failed). Pretty much everything they mentioned we were asking if it was like that time on Grey's Anatomy when... We're not shallow at all. Andrew was kind enough to be our driver for the evening.

On Sunday we skipped out on moving activities and opted to take in the Ravens game instead. Tommy and Audrey very generously offered us a couple of their insanely good tickets, and we were also able to visit with Uncle Harry and Aunt Anna who were seated right behind us. Very fun game. Particularly because the Ravens won and the weather was gorgeous.
