I went out to get the mail this morning and found three big boxes on our stoop overflowing with shopping bags from baby stores. My father is clearly excited "it's" a girl and is spoiling her with little Burberry onesies, dresses, jeans and toys. With the slew of clothing our little nugget got from YaYa and Pancho last week, Grandma from her magic drawer, Auntie H with the excellent book selection and this doting Bearpa, Ben and I are thinking we might get away with not buying anything at all for our precious tot! Who says kids are expensive?
The only sad part about all this is that the poor pups keep thinking these new toys are for them, and it being poor Charlie's birthday and all...

woah!!! she is so fancy!
jealous! i need to buy her some more gifts.
Aww Amie. Everything sounds so cute. Auntie Kaylie and Uncle Jimmy (we're not blood related, so maybe it's weird that I call us that) will have get your baby girl some super cool East Coast gear. Between Kate in Italy, all your friends in NYC, Ben's parents in Baltimore/Florida and us in NC, she is going to be so cultured and worldly with her attire and toys.
She is going to be one styling girl! It looks like she will give Viola a run for her money - I will have to tell Nicco to step up his game... I am just so excited about this little lady! PS - YaYa, Pancho, Bearpa? Can you fill in the uninitiated on the names the grandparents are choosing?
My mom wants to be Grandma, my dad wants to be Bearpa- it was going to be the General if it was a boy, and Ben's mom wants to be YaYa, and his dad wants to be Pancho! Oh- and Heidi wants to be Auntie H.
How adorable is Bearpa!!!!
