1. Lucy fully giggled last night. It might have been the cutest thing on the entire planet. What a beautiful sound!
2. Lucy seems to be taking regular morning naps. Very impressive I say.
3. Lucy and I have long conversations. She seems very pleased with herself when I respond to her cooing. She's clearly telling me she loves me and practicing how to say "mommy."
4. Lucy has both a small rat tail of hair growing in the back of her head, and the infamous bald spot. She's rockin' them both.
5. She's an official thumb sucker. I know I should be concerned for future ortho bills, but I just think it's the cutest thing in the world! And it's very evident when she's displeased and her mommy and papa aren't responding because there's very loud slurping and sucking going on as she attacks said thumb.
6. And while Lucy is definitely my child- I'm known for dressing 99.9% of the time in crusty old jeans and tank tops. Meanwhile, my little girl is in head to toe Burberry. My dad's dream for a preppy little girl is being brought to fruition one generation later. Mainly because he bought it all.

Lucy really is such a cute baby!! You are so lucky to have a grandpa who showers her with gifts!! How fun!!
