I, on the other hand, went to Miss Riley Jane's 3rd birthday party which was too cute for words. 
Later that night- we went down to Newport for a party that Jaimee and Dave were hosting for his new company Ambiguous. Which was pretty awesome. The offices have a skate park setup there for skaters to use at their leisure throughout the day. There was free booze, a dj, an art exhibit of painted ping pong paddles, AND a ping pong tournament- which Ben entered before we even walked through the door. He made it through the first two rounds easily and was poised to take the top seat- but we had to leave before he could. I think he's a bit angry still that he couldn't show everyone his absolute domination at the game.
And if that wasn't all- we topped off the night with the Prince concert at Club Nokia. Our beloved Artie the one-man party called up and announced he had tickets and did we and Heidi want them? Of course we wanted them! It was at Club Nokia downtown and was due to start at midnight. We showed up at 12:30 - which ended up being fine since he didn't start playing until 1. I would post a picture- but he decided no pictures were allowed and I had to go from the front of the line at the doors back to the car to drop off my camera since there wasn't a check. Annoying! Anyway- the venue was super intimate and the seats were awesome. Prince was all pissy because the sound was off- so he would wander on and off the stage for long intervals- and he would reprimand people in the audience trying to take his picture. Total diva, but I love watching celebrities behaving badly. Anyway- we had a blast, but Ben was beat from snowboarding and competing in ping pong and I was just beat- so we left a bit early and passed out in bed the minute our heads hit the pillow.
Fun day! Busy day.
