Tea Party

The neighborhood girls were really sweet and threw a little tea party for me and Baby Boy on Saturday. Lucy was very excited to show off her tea party experience to the other kids. We had cucumber and cream cheese sandos as well as a wide assortment of other goodies including some of Wes' daddy's fresh caught tuna. It was very impressive. I over ate and Lucy particularly liked everything with chocolate and the 'snacks.' Lucy and Westin even took the opportunity to break into a neighbor's yard and steal some of their oranges... Thanks girls!

We don't have much to report on Lucy's daddy's front. He's been fairly unreachable reliving his college days, and last night when we called to say goodnight and got his voicemail again, Lucy actually said- "no daddy- message!" We did get a text from him this morning that alluded to a "big night" and feeling "rough" today. I think it's safe to say that if I went into premature labor this weekend- Baby Boy's daddy would have missed the memo.
