October 2007:

In October we got a visit from the Atwoods and again, thanks to Bryan, we got to go to the Rose Bowl for a Cal/UCLA game. Sadly Cal lost. They have lost every time we've gone to a game in LA - so I fear Bryan might stop giving us tickets...



We also were back in Baltimore for Ben's 10-year Gilman reunion. The boys were all in fine form as is to be expected... I was glad they all brought their wives.

Happy 4th Birthday to Jackson on the 13th!

We were in NYC later in October for Mike Maher's wedding. The pre-wedding festivities in the City got a big out of control leading to a very short attendance at the reception for us....

I was happy to see Kara and Will there of course.

I turned the big 2-8 on Halloween. Ben took me to Providence for one of the best meals of my entire life. It was AMAZING. We got the 9-course tasting menu- WITH wine- not realizing that really meant 9 glasses of wine.... That on top of asking them to rush the meal so we could get back to the beach for some dancing. Needless to say, I was quite tipsy by the time we got out of there... Heidi, Ben and I went as Harry Potter characters. Heidi and I are obvs super obsessed and Ben was just a good sport. I was Hermione, Heidi was Luna Lovegood, and Ben of course was none other than Harry Potter. We went dancing at AC that night and ment up with Stringer, Jake, and Hilde.
